The existing concrete pool deck was broken out and replaced with a new structural concrete sub-base upon which we could install a beautiful light beige travertine stone. The custom bullnose wrap over the edge of the pool creates a stunning finish.
The beautiful smooth finish on the travertine is no issue for children running around the pool with wet feet. Travertine is a natural stone, and allows water to absorb through immediately.
